Gateway Disc Sports Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Gateway Disc Sports. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to help if something goes wrong with your order.
1. Return & Refund Window

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
3. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, damaged in transit, or incorrect item shipped).

If you are returning an item for any reason other than a product defect or fulfillment error—such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item—you are responsible for:

Any original shipping charges, which will not be refunded.

We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send an email notifying you that we have received your item.

We will inform you whether your refund is approved or denied based on condition and policy eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
7. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
